Due to the highly specialized nature of laboratory research chemicals, strict regulatory restrictions, and cross-contamination safety protocols, all sales are final. Once a product leaves our custody, it cannot be returned or resold.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, ordering errors, or unused research materials.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
In the rare event that an order arrives damaged, missing items, or structurally compromised during transit, please contact us immediately at support@LetsTalkPepTalk.com within 48 hours of delivery tracking confirmation. You must provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the unopened vials or packaging.
Quality Verifications:
All our products undergo strict third-party analysis. If you believe a compound fails to meet specification criteria during analytical evaluation, you must submit a formal request accompanied by a certified independent laboratory analysis report (such as HPLC or MS testing data) for evaluation. Verified batch discrepancies will be resolved via account credit or replacement at our discretion.
